Join the Yom Kippur community choir for Nefesh Kin. Three years ago we started what has become a Nefesh tradition: A Kol Nidre choir. Sally will be guiding you through learning the language, melody and harmony of this beautiful prayer and the Avinu Malkeinu so that we can sing them all together on Erev Yom Kippur (Oct 4, 2022). The choir will meet on 4 Sundays from 1-2:30pm at St. Be's to prepare: August 28 September 11 September 18 October 2 Attendance at all four rehearsals is strongly recommended. If you won't be able to attend one of the dates above, please email Ellen Kennedy (ekennedy@nefeshla.org). No previous experience required! There are stairs leading up to the 2nd floor Parrish Hall where rehearsals will take place, indoors with windows open and fans blowing. Masks encouraged. There's no cost for the group, but we welcome you to make a donation when you sign up!
